What size hydration can it fit when the pack is full?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately when the pack is full, it is pretty impossible to get any size of bladder in and out.

I just bought this backpack and the zipper inside where the water bag goes does not have a pull string and appears to be in backwards!!

My understanding as a new owner is that the zipper is only for fitting the frame in manufacture or general assembly. The water bag slips into the tall pocket with elasticated top, against the person side of the pack interior. There you will find a small loop to keep the bag from collapsing downward and also an exit pathway to the exterior of the pack.

What is the dimensions (Length, Width, Height) of the packing box for medium size?

The box will be 26"x15"x7".

Can you check this on an airplane ?

It is too big for carry on for most airlines, but you can check it as baggage. I would suggest getting something along these lines: http://www.campsaver.com/osprey-airporter-lz-secure-backpack-travel-cover-2

Does the Osprey Daylite pack attach to the Atmos series packs?

Poco & Poco Plus
Ace 75L

I am looking at the Atmos AG 65 and am not sure if I need a medium or a Large. Noticed you only offer the medium in Absinthe Green. How can I best determine the correct size? I am male, 5 ft 7 , 165 lbs., and 38-40 chest size in a jacket.
