Thank you for your question. Unfortunately when the pack is full, it is pretty impossible to get any size of bladder in and out.

3 liters easily. I have used this pack for several years on many 7-10 day hikes with full bear canisters, tents, and gear for others. I have up to 50 pounds (including the 3 liter water bladder).
