Is there a water filter (MSR Sweetwater, Katadyn, etc) with a bottle adapter that mates with the Platypus soft bottles?

I am not aware of a specific bottle adapter that will match the size and threads of the soft bottles, though "out-put" hoses should slip into the opening just fine.

can you wash these with a dishwasher???

They can withstand the heat of the dishwasher, but the hole is so small that it really wouldn't clean it very effectively. Just rinsing with hot water and a tiny amount of soap is usually fine. A little bit of bleach with lots of water is good for heavy duty disinfecting.
