I am not aware of a specific bottle adapter that will match the size and threads of the soft bottles, though "out-put" hoses should slip into the opening just fine.

They can withstand the heat of the dishwasher, but the hole is so small that it really wouldn't clean it very effectively. Just rinsing with hot water and a tiny amount of soap is usually fine. A little bit of bleach with lots of water is good for heavy duty disinfecting.
