What's the long term durability of Neo Shell Softshell? If i'm using a pack with this, will it pill over time?

The longterm durability of Neo Shell will be similar to other hard shells. You should not see pilling.

Yes this jacket will start piling under weight because it is lightweight Polartec Neo Shell stretch waterproof fabric. It is designed to be highly breathable, waterproof, windproof, and stretch for active comfort.

I cannot find the right size in the sizing chart for me. My clothing sizes are: waist: 90cm chest: 108cm sleeve: 65 cm Any piece of advice?

According to Rab's sizing chart, the best fit for you would be an XL. But, the arms will be very long for you if your sleeve length is 65 cm. The arm length for an XL is 91 cm, but their waist and chest is 91cm and 117cm respectively. Are you measuring your arm length correctly? To get the correct measurement, you must measure from your underarm to the wrist.

I have tried several hardshell jackets with high collars and they are all tight against my chin. I also wear a helmet (large) that is difficult to fit. Any idea of how this jacket fits over a helmet and across the face?

The jacket is helmet compatible, and should fit correctly with a large helmet underneath. The front of the jacket will be a little bit tighter over the face, but should not hinder any comfort.
