No, it comes with an Air Sock that inflates the pad; it is integrated into the Stuff Sack and works well and reduces your breath directly entering the pad.

Yes. All sizes include a stuff sack that doubles as a pump.

Should the ultra light insulated be stored inflated or in the stuff sack.

We do not recommend storing your mat inflated, in its stuff sack is fine for storage.

All Sea to Summit sleeping mats come with a quality stuff sack, a repair kit containing six self adhesive patches for repairing punctures in the field, and a spare silicone one-way valve flap.

On this page, http://www.campsaver.com/ultralight-insulated-mat, where it says , What do you customers ultimately buy after viewing this item, it lists the price of the mat at $149 in red and $129 scratched out. Not much of a sale :). Is the price really $129?
