The torso measurement of the pack itself (harness strap stitching to pack bottom) is 16 inches. Torso recommendation would be no more than 18 inches.

It will fit a standard size adult from 5'4" upwards without sacrificing comfort. If your chest size is 36 inches or above, it should fit.
