How long is this pad? 2XV-SLP-THR0261-IRR-96597-DEMO It doesn't provide choices to pick the size.

The dimensions of this sleeping pad are 20"x72"

In the sizing, it states "11 x 6 in / 28 x 15 cm (Medium); 11 x 6 in / 28 x 15 cm (Regular)" and yet there is a price difference? Something I am missing?

That's the packed size. The medium is 66" long, regular is 72" long enrolled.
