Why does the Bushman axe have a metal wedge, and no other of your axes have this? Can it be ordered without the metal wedge, I think it makes the axe look poor, I would like the bushman a lot better without the metal wedge. — 1 Answer

The creation of the Bushman was informed by survival specialist Les Stroud, so the metal wedge style must have been his preference. With that said, Wetterlings does not offer the axe with a variation on this feature.
