Sturdy and Light.

Very study and light.
Only reason I gave 4 stars is that when I adjust my waste, back line does not staty to the middle because they are fixed.
Funtionally nothing wrong, but would been better if it can be adjusted.

My new favorite harness

What a great all around harness!! So light that you forget your wearing it. Easy to move around in and comfortable to wear all day. I would not like to hang in this harness all day or on a big wall as there is no padding to speak of. Yet it is still comfy enough for belaying or hanging in for a while. Overall it still has better hanging and falling comfort then my old padded harness. Great job Arc'teryx!!

I'm 182cm tall and 74kg with a 84cm waist and 56cm thighs and a medium fits me perfectly.

Amazing harness for all climbing

This is my second one of these. I lost some weight and had to down size to a medium lol. This is my go-to for all of the climbing I do. Compacts really well for mountaineering and super light-weight. Comfortable to hang in while my leader takes a break or while on a long hanging belay. Feels super solid to fall on even though it has a thin profile. The thin profile makes it really nice to hike with it on and pack waist straps over it. They nailed it with this one!

My go to Alpine climbing harness

I own this and a BD Chaos harness. I love the Chaos for general cragging. But when I go multi-pitch trad or Alpine, this has WAY more room in gear loops and compresses down to so little. Comfortable, although not for hanging for long periods of time. It is super sweet and have loved using.
