Great For Layering
After looking around for a while for a versatile mid layer for splitboarding tours and hiking, I decided to go with this hoody. The slightly relaxed fit makes it easy to add extra layers under it for extra chilly days without skimping on the classic Arc'teryx ergonomic fit that we all love because it doesn't restrain movement. It packs down small and weighs next to nothing but manages to provide a solid amount of warmth.
I took it up Logan Canyon in northern Utah on a splitboarding tour to try it out and it was everything I hoped and dreamed of. I went up at the end of March, so the sun was shining and the snow was slushy. There was a bit of a breeze so it wasn’t quite tee shirt weather but despite working up a sweat, the hoody was completely dry when we reached the summit. Even where my pack had been touching my back, there wasn’t a single place where any sweat had soaked through.
All in all, I plan on taking this hoody with me on many splitboarding tours to come and highly recommend it to anyone who’s after a mid layer that’s light, warm, and wicks moisture quickly.

Super versatile
This hoody gives warmth and evaporates sweat well.
Durability is a concern, but it is light and feels good.
It was a pity that the photo and the color were a little different. But overall I am satisfied

The best mid layer fleece jacket for F/W season hiking and tracking
This jacket is one of the best mid layer fleece jacket in the world with Patagonia R1 air. It's light enough and dries sweat very fast and even worm. I'm very happy with this jacket, I'd like to recommend to my friends and family. high performance and nice fit.

I love this one
Comfort and stylish and the you can tell its made by the best and awsome reputation. I have used it for all sort of activities from hiking, biking, running to travelling on a plane and just casually wearing around the city. Great wind resistance, light insulation and breathable. Excellent hood and exceptional quality from arcteryx.

Buy one size up
Great product, however, needed to get one size larger than I typically do. I wear a large in almost all tops, however, this one came in too small, the XL fits great! Very comfortable and wicks moisture well.

Best lightweight fleece jacket
This is the best lightweight fleece jacket available! It has 3 zippered pockets which is rare in lightweight fleece but an important detail. It is just warm and cozy enough for a run in 30-40 degree weather. Breathes and so comfortable. I really appreciate how long it is as well for a lightweight fleece jacket. Also hard to find. It is slightly longer in the back for perfect coverage in leggings. Highly recommend!!!!!

great arc'teryx quality, unusual fit
Awesome Arc'teryx quality as usual. But not the usual athletic fit.
The Delta LT is slimmer in the chest, bigger in the midsection, shorter overall compared to the Delta MX - which is broader in the chest and shoulders, narrow torso and hip, longer torso and arms.
In terms of what they call 'drop' in suits and sportcoats, the difference between chest and waist measurement, the LT is more standard, like a 6-inch difference. The MX is very athletic, like a 10-inch difference.
As for all clothing, the fit depends on how you're built, but for me, the much more tapered and longer design of the MX was a much better fit, so I returned the LT.

Excellent warmth and weight
Was way warmer than I expected it to be after first receiving it. It's my go to jacket in most conditions except for when I'd consider it extremely cold out. Surprisingly okay even when it starts to get a bit warm as its super breathable. Super comfortable.

- Comfortable
- Light & warm
Cons:
- None

- every day

Nice lightweight fleece
The Delta Lt hoody is super comfortable and made with quality products and construction. I love everything about it, but understand, this is not a mid weight layer. This hoody is lightweight and breathable, best suited for casual use or hiking.
As long as you don't wear it alone for warmth, you will love this product!

Awesome performance fleece you'll wear all the time!
This piece made me excited about fleece again! It is very comfortable, performs well when active, looks nice when just wearing around town and fits well as both a layering piece or alone. Even though I quickly overheat when active/hiking this does a really good job breathing and dealing with the moisture. For how light it is you'll find it to be warm yet and very versatile. It is an athletic fit but not really too tight or too short in length. It also packs pretty small so it's nice to have in the pack "just in case" without adding much bulk or weight. So far it's been quite durable and hasn't shown any signs of wear.
Pros:
- compact
- Fit and comfort
- Breathability
- Warmth
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Backpacking
- HIKING
- casual and everyday wear
- layering or warmer temps
