Most Helpful Positive Review I'd buy this jacket again....
Best warmth to weight ratio on the market. Tougher than the Ghost whisperer. Packs so small and is so warm. I'm 5'9" 151 lbs and I bought the medium. THis has an athletic fit so its still tight and nice looking and not baggy. The small was too narrow in the shoulders and I felt restricted wearing a...

Most Helpful Negative Review Downright Light, But Light On Down...
Given its extravagant cost (even 30% off as mine was), I expected a higher lofting down garment. To paraphrase, "where's the beef?" The size M I ordered weighed in exactly at 10.8 oz's, but there was just little loft to the jacket, and plenty of "thin" areas throughout the jacket with little down co...

warm , light weight

by Gary, Verified Owner from OR, United States Written on November 22, 2021
The cerium LT is the light version of cerium sv. Thanks for the light weight fabric and high loft down insulation, it keeps me warm in 3 season but does not add extra weight in my pack. i like this jacket . Only cons is that really pricy. but worth the money considering the down jacket will works for many years.
Pros:
  • warm , light weight
Cons:
  • Expensive
Best Used for:
  • hiking , camping, casual

It's a good product at a good price. I can't wear it because it's summer yet, but I'm looking forward to the coming winter This jacket is very light and good to wear in a Gore-Tex jacket. It's very useful not only for hiking, but also for walking around town.

Insanely Warm Within a Minute of Wearing

by HaHa, Verified Owner from OR, United States Written on March 2, 2020
I like the athletic fit of this jacket. Doesn't have the boxy look of other downs. I've been out in 30-40° weather and been super comfy. It packs down into pocket with some effort if you get hot on a vigorous hike. The neck and hood are comfy when fully zipped and hooded. The zippers are bigger than mountain hardware ghostwhisperer and I've heard that it packs down better. I would recommend this jacket for anyone who walks the town and trails in the winter. I'm not sure how well this jacket holds up in temperatures colder than 25° I suspect it would do fine with a few thin micro fiber layers underneath.

Arc'teryx Cerium LT Hoody is very light and warm. And it's very pretty.
You can carry it very small if you put it in stuff sack.

Arc'teryx Cerium LT Hoody is incredible.

by pitt53, Verified Owner from CA, United States Written on January 13, 2019
My first Arc jacket! Took a while to decide because of the price point but it's totally worth the price. I should have ordered it much sooner. It fits great (I'm 5'8" and 145lb got size S) and love the Cove color. So light and warm it's crazy. The LT model has wider range of use than SL or AR according to many reviews. I carry this in my messenger bag because it can be stored in the small bag which is located in the inner chest pocket. The best jacket ever.
Pros:
  • Packable
  • Light
  • warm
  • Design
Cons:
  • NONE
Best Used for:
  • Casual
  • Climbing,

Just right

by Bontoc Boy, Verified Owner from CA, United States Written on December 9, 2018
It's warm and does the job. Lightweight and packable for my backpacking purposes. It's a space saver in your backpack and you won't feel the weight. It's definitely warm and well designed to contain your internal heat. My concern was my belly cause it's described as fitted for the athletic builds. My 38" navel measured waistline is fine in a size large and does not even show. My only real gripe is the armhole. I have a 43-44 chest with wide lats. The jacket somewhat digs into my armpits when crossing my arms. But not to the point where it cuts off circulation. It's not uncomfortable, but it makes layering underneath the jacket limited to thin layers. Forget using a fleece or wool underlayer. This jacket would best serve as a mid-layer. Overall it's a keeper and fits my needs and body type.
Pros:
  • Lightweight
  • Packable
  • warm
  • Design and quality construction
Cons:
  • Chest size can be tight
Best Used for:
  • Cold Fall /Winter weather
  • Mid-layer

This jacket is very light and thin. It's very breathable.I will buy this jacketfor my father later..If you are searching for a warm, yet lightweight and packable Winter jacket, look no further! The best part? All of this is achieved without the cruelty of Down. Fit is true to size. Highly recommended.

Best. Hands down. Goodbye Patagonia.

by L-SCHLEGS, from TN, United States Written on January 6, 2018
Came from a Patagonia Nano Puff and Ultralight, this jacket kills both of them. Fit is superb, and warmth is so much better than the Patagonia stuff. I’m 6 foot, 150lbs and a medium is the right size for me.
Pros:
  • STYLE
  • warm
  • Fit,
Cons:
  • Price
