Backpacker D's Review of Backpackers Pantry Sweet & Sour Chicken - 2 Servings
I'm a big fan of sweet and sour, so this meal was right up my alley. The sauce to rice ratio is excellent with a slight kick. The rice quickly absorbs the water for a hearty meal in 13 minutes.
