JGoo's Review of Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL3 mtnGLO Tent - 3 Person, 3 Season
I like the new design and construction of this Copper Spur 3 person tent. It is perfect for 2 people to sleep most comfortably. You could roll out another sleeping bag for the 3rd person, but it's just ideal room for two. Can't wait to set up at the high lake and hunker down in a thunderstorm! I bet it will keep dry inside, with the high-wall design. Super easy and quick to pitch, with color coded poles and buckles. The thin material is top of line for strength. Most of the tent body is lightweight mesh, so great for ventilation.
Pros:
Light weight and mostly mesh for good ventilation and less condensate.
Cons:
Shame on me, thinking the tent was made in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. It is out-sourced, from Eastern Asia. Hope it holds up for a long time.
Best Used for:
Ultralight backpacking, Quick set up along the river banks.
