Great tent, great deal and great after sales service - Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL3 Tent - 3 Person

I purchased a Big Agnes Copper Spur 3 a few months ago for for a 6 day through hike with my wife on the Jatbula track in NT, Australia. The tent was the envy of our party due to it's ease of set-up and spaciousness. Near the end of the hike on a warm night, we decided to set up without the fly, and noticed a small hole in the screen near the seam of the door. When we returned home I contacted CampSaver, who advised that Big Agnes prefer to deal with warranty issues themselves. After emailing Big Agnes, Andy responded and was very helpful, replacing the tent body for us and organising the shipping to Australia.
Big Agnes make great products no doubt, but every now and then issues can happen and it's nice to know that they stand behind their products.
