We have used this tent in wind, extreme rain and long hiking trips and it has proven to be an amazing tent!!! Love it!!

I haven't tried it in the field yet, but in the house, it set up easily and it makes a very roomy two-person (three would be tight but doable), much lighter than my previous two-person tent. I hope the fabric holds up; it's seems very, well, light -- but of course that's the point!

Hard to find a tent so light and comfortable at this price.

Good quality but BA changed some things like the foot print attaching to the poles or tent. With the tent and fly up, the footy floats under the tent requiring it to be staked. Previous models had attachments and I wish they would go back. The fly and footy connect but add the tent and you lose the connection option. The single door at the foot is ok, probably better to have two on the sides of the tent. Zippers catch on the material unless you are careful. Otherwise, this is a good tent. I love the super light feature, I have a 2 person tent that weighs more. I really like the pole configuration as it makes it easy to assemble with them connected as one.

I bought this for two reasons - light weight and rectangular shape. It is 4lbs, just as advertised and for the square feet that is incredible. The material is light, but it feels tough. The rectangular shape allows you to sleep either way depending on your site. A bonus was the color-You can stealth camp with ease. The flaw is that the spreader pole applies lift to the edges of the fly and pulls it up above the screen. It takes some serious stake hold to pull them down. I can see this being a problem when we camp on the granite in Ontario next summer. I camp with my young sons so this is a much appreciated improvement, since I have to carry all the weight.

This tent is really wonderful. Lightweight, which is a must for the distances I hike. And super easy to set up. I used it without the rainfly last week since the weather was dry. Great views of the stars and trees and river. The sleeping mats do slide on the tent floor. However, I got some rubber grid style shelf paper and put a 2 by 4 piece under my mat. Worked perfectly and didn't add much weight at all.

The order went in quite fast, as the money was debited from my account.
However, money checks took a week to solve a security issue.
note, when you buying stuff form their website they for the money transaction security purposes they give three options to confirm that you own the bank account, one use paypal, two world credit transaction code (19 digits code? something like that - would have to wait until my back get the credit transaction details, and then contact them, to send me this code, as it doesnt appear in my bank online details, third, a small amount that campsaver credited on my account, I went for the last one, however, it took me 1-2 weeks, as I had to wait for the first transaction to be done, and only afterwards the second, convert it to US dolars and hope that the rating didnt change that much, so i would tell the right number..)

Only then it was packet and sent to the german destination.
Eventhough, the track system works fine until the US border, afterwards is quite a mess. The campsaver staff was helpful on the bits they new, ie, up until the US border, after that, package was took by the german DHL (I had to sepend quite a while on the computer reading foruns on what happen to packages from US in germany to realize this) and these guys took ages to do anything.. when i say ages about a month to be able to track it down to koln, where it has been all the time (update their online tracking system, please note that you can put the same USPS tracking cod...

Can easily set it up by myself in the living room without stakes. More head room than other 3 person tents. Roomy for two people, or me and my kayak gear. Fits my Therm-A-Rest cot without touching the ends of the tent. No struggles to roll and store back in the sack.
