Reliable , small , light and packable - Big Agnes Three Wire Bivy

I’ve had this bivy for 3years now , used it in constant rain , snow and sub Zero temps , It holds true ! The seams ARE taped , the top Red part is a breathable 2.5 layer fabric similar to old GTX active shell highly breathable the bottom is standard tent bottom Codora like , and Also Taped ! The poles are the simplest set up ever and wheigh and pack to nothing ! I put the Bivy in my compression sack with my sleeping bag and the poles I slide in the cracks of my pack when I’m done packing ! All my friends bought one , a friend told me about the BA three wire I bought one ! Compared to what’s on the market this sheds the most condensation except in high humidity environments which is expected of a bivy ! FYI it’s not meant to keep you warm , that’s a sleeping Pad and Bags job , if you have a lot of condensation open the top a bit as you have a vestibule hood ! Don’t blame the gear and rate one star . lol ........ I was so impressed I also bought BA Blackburn UL sleeping system bag ,
Pros:
Reliable , Small , light and Packable
Cons:
NONE
Best Used for:
All season , mountaineer and bivouacs
Would Recommend:
