Handles great. Durability is great. I used to swear by Mammut but this is my new favorite in the gym.

I had previously given this product a very favorable review. But it wore out quickly. It is only my third indoor climbing rope. I had been using the slim Gym (30 meter) before.purchasing this rope. The Slim gym ropes lasted me 1.5 to 2 years before i decided to retire them. Even then they were not too "squishy". Without changing my top rope or lead climbing frequency this rope is ready to be retired after only 4 months. I will not purchase this rope again. Although everything about when its being used is great it simply does not last.
Pros:
- Price, fit and comfortable

Smooth makes for easy efficient clipping. black middle point gets hands dirty but that should wear off. My last two ropes were Slim Gym ropes (10.1) which I loved. This rope is a bit thinner which is great for feeding rope but when lowering heavier people, it's a bit more challenging. Have not had a long fall on it yet, but so far it seems like a pretty good replacement for the Slim Gym. If you shop around, you can get a good price.

This rope is slick out of the box. I really like the blue. Relatively easy to unfurl. Feeds pretty easily, but the core is stiff, slowing down the end of the feed of an armful of rope. Not a bad thing, just different from my last rope. I've only taken a pretty soft one on it so far, but it stretched nicely in the catch.
Pros:
- nice color
- Solid core
- Smooth feed
