Great gear
I purchased several brands of ski pants in multiple sizes to get the best pants and fit. Hands down Black Diamond Recon were the most rugged and flexible pants with stronger material throughout. The material around the cuff is especially thick, finally a material that withstand the occasional strike from ski edges.
I am 5'11 at 175 lbs and consider myself fairly slim with a 34-36" waist. I purchased the size medium are a great fit for me

great pants, great price... some oddities on listing
First off the product itself is fantastic, the shipping was quick, and the price is great. My only issue really came down to an oddity on the website listing, where when I selected the "slate" color in the "large" size, it for some reason switched it's item description to saying these were women's pants, and not mens. It did not do this for any other selections of color/size, only the specific one I was looking to acquire. I called the phone number, and the staff was super helpful on physically locating the item, and confirming that they were indeed the men's version of the pants, and that it was just a website/listing error. Everything got sorted out fine, and staff was great, but it was extra hoops to jump through to confirm I wasn't mistakenly ordering women's pants.
