Great Poles
I love these trekking poles. I spend too much time to admit researching which poles I should buy for my next thru hike and I am glad I landed on these guys. Surprisingly light for aluminum poles with awesome ergonomical grips and soft wrist bands. Can't speak to the durability yet but they feel and look a lot stronger than my pervious pair (not BD). One thing to note is the "men's" poles extend to a longer length than the "women's", this is important for anyone (like myself) who uses a trekking pole tent, i.e- the women's is not long enough for my tent so I had to purchase the mens.

Black Diamond Trail Ergo Cork
Will be using for through hike. Aluminum seems more robust than the Lekis they replaced. Love the flick locks. These seem very well made and high quality. Straps are cushioned but don't seem any more comfortable than the Leki ribons. Poles come with a snow basket but it would have been nice to have rubber tip covers thrown in as well.
