Expert Review Great value - Black Diamond Trail Shock Trekking Poles

I purchased these hiking poles to help me walk up and down the wooded trails here in hilly southern Indiana. I've taken about 15 hikes of about 3 to 4 miles and the poles are making a huge difference. They allow me to walk safely especially on muddy slopes. They give my arms a great workout too. I usually carry a daypack and so the poles help me to keep my balance. I'm glad I made the purchase.
