Big Agnes Insulated Q-Core Air Pad
I've had many variations of camp mats. Thermarest, coleman, etc.. I've never had a Big agnes pad, until now, and I have to say, I'm pretty upset that I didn't give it a go sooner. I am a side sleeper of the worst kind, so, sleeping during backpacking trips is a nightly flop-fest with my arms going numb or shoulders digging into the earth or sliding off the thing altogether. Enter the Big agnes q-core - I FREAKIN' Love this thing. It's not perfect I still have a little discomfort but I would quantify it as 85-90% better in the realms of flop-festivities. I'm sleeping much better these days, and oh, I didn't even mention that its a solid 1.5 Lbs lighter than my other mats. Add to that the small size it packs down to, and I am now a card carrying member of the big agnes fan club. Well done folks... well done.
