I like these pants very much. Not too heavy; more of a shell, yet there is thin polyester inner lining which combined with the MemBrain and tough outer Nylon leaves good warmth. Seam taped pockets are nice - not too many (3 total) for minimalism (which I like). I also like the reinforced heavy Nylon areas around where the pant bottoms rub against one another by the feet and the internal gaiters. W
