Not a bad tent

Written on May 09, 2017

It's a bit expensive but, lightweight tents are. Like another review said, you do get a lot of condensation on the inside. Even with the air vent open.It doesn't drip on you, but don't touch the sides. Holds up to rain well. The floor and the footprint for the tent are super thin (being lightweight). So I use a small tarp under the tent for better protection. You do have to unzip the door fully to get in and out, because it's small. Fast setup and take down. Anyone bigger then 6ft will be tight fit. Enough room to keep a pack outside under the rainfly. Love that it's completely free standing, however you do need 2 stakes if you use the fly. Don't know about longevity or how it holds up in really bad weather. All in All good tent, would buy again

They're boxers, They're Exofficio. Soft and tough!

All around good Bag

Written on Nov 18, 2016

It's a Nice Bag.. Used it in the 20s a few times wearing just boxers, and stayed Warm. I got it because i needed a cold weather, lightweight bag. That had padding on the bottom instead of having to use a inflatable pad to keep your back warm. Only thing I don't like is, it's barely wide enough for your legs to move around. I would definitely buy again tho

Good

It does what its supposed to. Only wish it had a bigger opening. I use it with a 16mm rope for tree climbing and it's a little tight getting the ropes into when its clipped in the harness.

Great Carabiner

It's a little odd to use at first. I love the fact that when you close it, it's locked. No worries. The shape of the biner keeps the rope where it should be to be most effective.

It's light weight and does the job. Good price, has a large enough opening. Love the rubber around the strap that keeps it from moving off the axis

Good Pad

I've used the pad for backpacking a few times now, Seems to be durable, you don't slide off or feel the ground under you. Kept me warm and was good for all sleeping positions. Quick & Easy to inflate. I have had problems closing the air valve tho. That's why the 4 stars. Other then that I like it.
