great for soggy and muddy winter hikes

Picked these up because of the Gore-tex and have been very happy thus far. A little stiff new, but 10 or so miles in, and they feel great and nicely broken in. Usually a Merrell fan, but now when buying new trekkers, I need to give another look to Salomon.

Loved this thing out of the package. Lightweight, extremely packable, and once inflated, very comfy. Side sleeper here, and my foam pad wasn't enough for my hip bones.
