I'll keep this short. Jacket itself is well made and provides decent insulation for low aerobic activities--walking the dog, etc. down to about 40 degrees. The HUGE problem is the cuffs. They provide no sealing whatsoever, so any wind is magnified. There is some wimpy elastic around the cuffs, but it will not snug around one's wrist. By comparison, the similar Patagonia down sweater in the same size has cuffs which are 3-4" smaller in circumference than the M-H jacket. The Patagonia grips at the wrist and blocks the wind, while the M-H cuffs are more like a men's sport jacket, letting the wind roar in.
I've only had my Helium jacket for about 2 weeks, but I am so pleased with it that I wanted to do an early Review. In contrast, I have had a Patagonia Troposphere for more than a year and have not felt compelled to Review that. I got the Helium mainly for travel, something that would pack small and give robust performance. The Helium does not disappoint.

I was looking for a pair of low cut shoes suitable for extended walking in travel/touring, some of which would take me off road for light trail activity. I considered these shoes as well as the Garmont Dragontail Lite, but I was reluctant to order both and return one. In looking at Garmont's site [http://www.garmontusa.com/garmont/outdoor-technology/sole-construction/vibram-q973-stability-heel-
