I like this chili. I often add some cheese and salami if I have it. The 2 3oz servings refers to the product before rehydrating. You have to add 2 cups (16oz) of water, so you end up with 22oz of chili.
A spoon like this is great for keeping your hands clean when eating freeze dried meals from the packet. No more reaching in with a short spoon! I have a similar Vargo spoon as well as this Optimus version. I've just started using these poles, but I'm very happy with them so far. The claimed weight is right on and they are very solid. I'm 210 lbs and often carry a 30 lb pack and these poles feel quite sturdy and the twist locks have never slipped on me. The locking mechanism was a little stiff at first which made adjustment difficult, but after a little use they work great.
I've been using these on my trekking poles for walking to and from work. They fit perfectly on my new Leki poles as well as my 10-yr-old ones. They stay on well, yet are easy to take on and off. They get good traction on pavement. Mine look slightly different from the picture on the site.
This is my third pair of these shoes. Due to the shape of my feet, I have a lot of trouble with the fabric in the heel of my shoes wearing through which leads to blisters. I do not have that problem with these. The tread wears out before anything else gives in. I wear them every day and have used them biking, hiking, running, and backpacking. They seem to be fairly water resistant, so I have
