I really wanted these shoes! They arrived, I loved them immediately! BUT much to my dismay, sizing is way off. I'm a size 8 or 8 1/2 max. I ordered the 8 1/2, toes were squished. No way to rationalize keeping them. They were out of size 9.....and I've never had a pair of size 9's! I think that's why these are on clearance. Too bad.

I got these for hiking....I hike about 4 times a week, living in SW Colorado. I didn't check "durable" 'cause these only last a bit over a year, but I think it's because I wear them SO much! This is my 2nd pair. They fit well, I feel "nimble" when hiking on talus & tough ridges, they always feel comfortable. If I have to buy new ones every year, they're worth it!
