Cocoon Ultralight AirCore Pillow
This pillow packs very small and is very light, which makes it great for backpacking. I am very particular about pillows when camping and my only issue was that this pillow felt more airy rather than synthetic making it a little uncomfortable for me. However, if you are more concerned with weight than comfort then this would be perfect.

Klymit Insulated Static V Sleeping Pad
This pad is very comfortable and compact. I used it on a 12 mile backpacking trip. I could sleep on my side with no problems and it also kept me warm when temperatures dropped to about 35 degrees.
