Learned on an ATC and am transitioning to GriGri. The locking catch is nice when your partner wants to hang. As long as you are well aware of which user errors can occur with device use, it is a good, safe device.
Great bag. I researched a lot of bags before picking this one, and am happy to say that it is the perfect balance of quality and value-This pack is a great synthetic bag for 3 season backpacking, and its well worth the price. I use it hammock camping. It is very comfy, and the dual zippers give a lot of options when your upper body gets warm. If the temp is high enough, you can unzip both sides
These are perfect for a DIY slackline setup. Two of these, some webbing, and an auto winch and you are good to go. I have tried both oval and traditional carabiner shapes for slacklines, and would recommend oval for obvious reasons
