i tough my wife was going to get upset when i told her how much this costed, but she liked it soo much that she just said: "well, i think this has been a good purchase"... this should be more self explanatory than any praises i can do.. So i'll only add: "it also comes with it's own footprint" :)

I have been hoping for the regular wide size to come out for a long while.. and now that's out i must say, it does not disappoint best of two worlds (weight an width) and I must say the new valve is a very good improvement! i also like that it comes with a pump sac.. which works nicely, alt ought if i will be carrying it.. still remains to be seen...

well it remains to be seen... i was going go go initially for the tiger wall for the weight savings, but after much research i decided that i wanted a bit more durability and a tent that was 100% standalone, not to mentionthe added space... seeing this material which has been described as more durable than the tigerwall i'm happy I ordered this one... i dont think i would have iked anything that looked less durable than this.. material is thin for my standars but i hop it will be as durable as many review describe.. if i had gotten the tigerwall most likely it would have not lasted...
i think all those advantages on this one are worth the added weight... plus, i got this at a discount in campsaver because the new model is coming in.. and since the updates are good but nor a requirement for me.. i'm glad with the whole purchase

i like it very much and i'm kind of a "same brand" guy where if i buy a tent i like to use the same brand's footprint, or buy the same brand's rain fly for my backpacks but if you don't mind using a generic, you can save some $ by going with one that fits your tent just well enough.
in this case being manufactured for the same tent, of course it fits very nicely.
