Evernew Titanium UltraLight Deep Pot
The pot and lid pan are really light and durable. Big enough to boil enough water for a full meal. The only thing I dislike (pretty minor) is the lid fit and mesh bag. The bag is too big and causes the lid to flop around, so I just pack more food into it, overfilling the pot and then it is fine.

Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL3 Tent - 3 Person
We chose this tent over some of the other 2-person tents, as I just hate being cramped. This is more like a 2-person tent with room, I am 6'3 and fit well with my wife. Good head room and room for your packs if needed. Pretty darn easy to set up. The tent is as light as a lot of 2-man tents, fits easily into an Osprey Aether 65.
