Rab Microlight Vest - Men's
I've tried many vests and most fit loosely. I keep myself in shape and this Rab vest fits just right. It's warm enough for Seattle. I would definitely recommend if you're in shape, it might be tight otherwise.

Patagonia Torrentshell Jacket - Mens
Doesn't breathe as well as others have claimed. It makes a crinkly sound. The positive news is I stayed dry while hiking a few hours in the Pacific Northwest rain. My digital camera stayed dry in the pocket. I doubt there is a rain shell substantially better in this price range. It looks and fits great on an athletic build. Should be a 4.5.
