Arc'teryx Atom LT Hoody - Men's
Have not tested the lower limit. (purchased in April) But I wore it around 55 degrees, and it was nice. In the Pac NW's drizzle, the water-resistance is adequate for more than 30 mins. One less star because once wet/soaked, it takes a few hours to dry (top of the hood). all in all, a very well- designed/constructed jacket. Expensive, but good. Recommended.

Black Diamond Half Dome-Helmet
Of course I did not do a crash test. But it feels solid. The adjustment mechanism works well, and it fits nicely. It is said that this is rather a heavy helmet. But it does not feel that way. We will see how well/poorly it vents in a hot weather.

Rab Zephyr Jacket - Men's
A bit of history. A while back Rab introduced Boreas pull on jacket. Strechy, thin, breathable, providing some protection aginst elements, it was very successful as a light weather all-year-around
layer. Zephyr is a tougher version of Boreas adding abrasion resistent materials for the shoulder and arm. Still highly verstile. you can use it as an outer in spring, summer and fall. In winter, as a midlayer. Or as a protection for your expensive dawn jacket. Given the price, highly recommended.

Mont Bell Thermawrap Sport Jacket - Men's
A great light jacket. The underarm panels work, too. Actually if you are not moving, maybe too well. How warm is it? I took a night walk in apporx. 43 degrees weather ( not much of wind) with this jacket, a t-shirt and Tachyon. Pretty warm. Almost too warm after 20 mins. Only negative point is that the collar may not be snug enough. Then you could feel draft around your neck. if you have something over or under, you will be ok, though. All in all, a good jacket. Recommended for somebody looking for light to moderate insulation.
