I purchased the Downmat 7 (medium) as a lighter alternative to my Downmat 9 (long wide), which is wonderfully spacious and comfortable but too heavy for cycle touring. I am 183 cm tall (6 feet) and the medium is adaquately long to keep my entire body off the ground.
