After searching and searching for a new sleeping mat, i came to this one and jumped to have it.
And it is exactly as it promises to be.
Very warm, packs down very small easy to use, light,
Wunderbar!

After fully inflated, when putting moderate pressure on an area of the mat, you will bottom out. Doesn't seem like there are alot of baffles. When I laid on my side, My pelvis sometimes will touch the bottom.
The pump takes a long time to inflate compared to other mats.
This is too expensive for what it is.
I've used my mat once. It was 35*F out when I woke but with this mat and my down sleeping bag I was warm and comfy. It took a little while longer than I had hoped inflating it but my wrists are weak (I'm no spring chicken) and I took a few breaks. Overall it's an excellent product.

I’m 6’5 and ordered the biggest size. The width is perfect: even if it’s too wide to fit in my Big Agnes 0-degree bag’s sleeve there’s so much real-estate that I’m not worried about rol... Read more
The dimensions of the various Exped DownMat 7 sleeping pads are as follows:
Small - 64" X 20"
Medium - 72" X 20"
Large - 77.5" X 26"
Because 5'4" is exactly 64", you probably want to consider purchasing the medium at 72". The medium will give you extra space to ensure your feet won't dangle off the end while you're sleeping.
These pads have a pretty high R Value, making them optimal for colder temperatures (ca -11º F / -24º C for the 7 model and -36º F / -38º C for the 9)/ You could still use these for the temperatures listed, but you may not want to sleep in a bag rated for really cold temps (or you could unzip if you got hot). You will want to consider weight as ...

As of Spring 2012, Exped makes a FlatValve Adapter that allows you to use the Schnozzel Pumpbag (or any Exped pump for that matter) with mats that contain the integrated pump:
