I called to confirm some tent details and features that I couldn't easily see from online pics and videos. The rep was great help with finding out the answers quickly. Also I needed some assistance changing the delivery dates after I already placed the order and with a short call campsaver rep assisted me again. The tent set up quickly and easily just like the videos showed. After I opened everything up full set up with fly -minus the stakes and fly ties--took less than 6 minutes. While using it for a week w/ chilly lows in the 40's down to 30's no moisture/condensation on the inside. Perfect and roomy for 2 people. It would beva squeeze for 3 unless all slim and ok w being cozy. The vestibules created w the fly are spacous for a large backpacing pack and hiking shoes. The only thing is wish the inside gear pockets on each corner on the inside were bigger like the older model. Also wish there was a fly window on each side. Other than that, great tent
