Purchased for my wife on a vacation to Indian peaks wilderness in Colorado. Light, great price. Shed water well. Breaths a bit but did not do any heavy backpacking with it. Recommended.
Slides around on my Exped mattress a lot.. noisy. Easy to inflate and deflate. Very lightweight. I put a wool T shirt around it to sleep and it stopped the noise and sliding.
Its ok but the savings in weight on the stove is more than made up in the fuel it requires. If all you want to do is boil less than a liter of not real cold water, then I guess this will do. But the fuel required to do so for me was 70 ml. over a 4 day trip to Big Bend National Park, I used 2 bottles of Heet, and 1 of Isoprol alcohol. Cooking anything required 2 or more refuels, plus heating water for coffee, and hot water to clean the pot. Using Esbit, I barely was able to heat a liter of cold water. I did not try out heating with wood, as it is not allowed in the park. Also, while it never did fall over or the pot fall off, it felt like it would at times. I also needed to use a wind screen for greater efficiency. Which doesn't come with the stove. All in all a disappointment for my use.
3rd pair of Zamberlands and these are my least favorite. Pros are they are light, nice vibram sole, and looks good. Cons.. hurt my feet, not good insoles. After a few miles in these my feet are aching. Time will tell if they will break in or not... and I plan on putting some after market insoles in them. But these are made in China where my previous Zamberlands were made in Italy. But the price on these was good.. so I will wait and see.
