Product matches specifications perfectly. Can't speak to durability as I've only used it once, but in terms of comfort...I love it. I am a side sleeper and no problems bottoming out. If it helps, I am about 5'9" and weigh 160 lbs. PS, the inflation/deflation valve is awesome.

Fit is good. Sole is stiff. Minimal, but adequate padding. Good traction. A little heavy, but very good quality and will probably last many miles. Had to remove the funky plastic piece that's supposed to lock the laces.

Ordered the Regular and it fits perfect (although I am average size and I thought I would have to adjust it to the lower end of it's adjustment range...but it needed no adjustment). Carries load very close to your spine. The hip belt and shoulder straps are very comfy. On the down side, I wish it had bottom access, a rain or snow cover and hip belt pockets. Colors/patterns take a little getting used to.

Generally I don't like inflatable only pillows, but because of the size, shape, feel and versatility of this one, I'm giving it 4 stars. Fits well inside the hood of your mummy bag and packs down super small.

Used it for securing my tent to the outside of my pack. Placed the tent in the girdle and slipped the packs compression straps through it. Works great. Tent does not move around and no worrying! Perfect.

Good fit, although a bit snug in the width. Nice an light with good padding. Soles feel thick enough for protection and soft enough to flex. Should require minimal break-in. Can't beat them for the money.
