This jacket is awesome, and the only one I could find in this caliber WITH a removable hood! Typical great Patagonia quality. I love the small waterproof zippers. My one complaint is that the armpit vents don't have a mesh barrier. Not a huge deal, unless you go down at like 40 mph and spray snow aalllllll up in there. Then again, the zips are open because it's warm out, so it's not a deal breaker for me.
Got these along with the Powder Bowl Jacket. The pants are really great. Patagonia's size chart is spot on. Really love the outside vents. Super dry, the taped zippers seem to hold up really well, too! The gaiters don't have a lace hook on them, but it doesn't really bother me. I snowboard with Boa lace boots so I usually keep the gaiters up pretty high to access the Boa coilers. Lightweight, super dry and a nice mobile cut!
