Loose cords again, which is dangerous from my point of view, and I know how to fix it, but one more problem with design - holes for poles too big and a backlash as a result, especially on the cross bar below the seat. This frame is wobbly, more than any similar design chairs on the market. Avoid latest Elite series just go to Helinox Chair One, Zero or other brands. I am not going to return this chair, I got it for less than $60 on campsaver sale, I will use chair orange skin (which is good and fits other frames) on the same size frame from a generic brand chair I got for $18, made in China not in Korea (like Elite) but much more stable and reliable, though used Helinox template and design. I'll keep this Elite chair frame for spare parts.
Shock cords for legs 1-2 inches longer than needed, so legs are loose and shaky. Other cords are not tight as well, though shock cords on back high poles can be easily fixed, legs are much harder because of very tight leg rubber tips. So I am trying to exchange this item, hopefully to get tight one. I need orange color, that's why I got this chair.
This is the first time when I see new equipment with such a problem. Even generic chairs (with exact size and design as Helinox) for 17-19 bucks are much more stable and tight.
Light, compact and steady, cup holders are necessary for such tables. I prefer this one to hard top tables.
The best design for me. I cover mesh top with exact size thin and light cutting boards for more stability (I can use small gas stove), though it's strong enough with 6 non-removable cross bars and 2 horizontal bars along sides keeping the top tight. Almost no competition in this compact table segment (15" folded, many tables 20" and longer) in comparison to a wide choice of models and prices for camping-backpacking chairs. Helinox Table One is pricey, but CampSaver with the unbeatable discount makes it more affordable. Fast shipping and good service. Thanks.
