Loose shock cords, especially for legs, not steady construction, bad assembly work. - Helinox Chair Elite

Shock cords for legs 1-2 inches longer than needed, so legs are loose and shaky. Other cords are not tight as well, though shock cords on back high poles can be easily fixed, legs are much harder because of very tight leg rubber tips. So I am trying to exchange this item, hopefully to get tight one. I need orange color, that's why I got this chair.
This is the first time when I see new equipment with such a problem. Even generic chairs (with exact size and design as Helinox) for 17-19 bucks are much more stable and tight.
Pros:
Helinox label
Cons:
Bad assembly work, loose cords
