This new and improved spoon, has a locking mechanism so it doesn't fold up while you're eating. Just squeeze two folding collapse. Fits perfectly in the MSR mug.
These tie downs work fine, but make an awfully loud whistling noise. I pulled over twice to see what was wrong with my car, before I realizes the noise was coming from the tie downs. I even took the Canoe and straps off the car did a test drive and yep the noise was coming from the straps. I have even used a different brand of tie down with my canoe and they did not make that horrid noise. I really wanted to love these tie downs because of the buckle/cam rubber pads, that keep my car and canoe scratch free. I also really like the attached rubber band that gathers up all the extra strap. I’ve been very happy with all my other Sea to Summit purchases, but the noise these make is something awful.
