I have the 600ml version and it is great for one person. The titanium is strong, very light and efficient so it gets fast boil times. It is really good with my alcohol stove system especially with the metal lid. The insulated handles and lid grip are really nice and I do not think will melt at all. There is plenty of room to boil enough water for dehydrated meals plus some extra for tea or somethi
