I bought these for my son. I purchased a size larger than his foot size to give him room to grow (and to get more use out of them). There was literally no break-in required, and there have been no problems with rubbing or blisters. He put a lot of miles on these hiking in AZ and doing some pretty vigorous rock climbing, and he loves them. They also seem to be holding-up very well. I will definitely consider Chaco for future hiking shoe purchases.
Pros:
Good Value, Sturdy, and No Break-in Required
Cons:
None
