Straps aren't comfortable

My son's feet got a few cuts/scapes on his feet. The strapping may not be recommended. Chaco has double strapping, those might be best. I ordered my daughter chacos with double strapping, will find out soon.

Shoe is good but service was not that good. Shipping was really slow and I was suppose to receive free pair of socks and they did not ship.
