Man, I love my original Chacos. I bought them in 2009 and just this year they started breaking down so I decided to buy a new pair - the ZX2 and what a disappointment. Not worth the money, cheaply made, not comfortable. Looking into either returning or donating - but even then I don't want to pass these shoes on to someone else.

For the price I paid for these sandals, I expected high quality shoes. Having only worn the sandals in the summer and just for walks around the neighborhood on paved sidewalks, the shoe lasted one year before the sole completely split in half. This is clearly a defect in the shoe and when I reached out to their customer support about the issue, they didn't reply for 2 weeks until I sent them a followup email, and they told me that I can send my shoe to them and pay $40 for them to fix the sole. What a joke - they want me to pay almost half of what I paid just to repair what was clearly a poor quality sole. I've never had shoes just split in half like that. Not only is the shoe about to split completely in half, but the straps feel like they are always way too tight around the big toe no matter how many times you keep loosening the straps. These shoes are garbage and so is Chaco's warranty and customer service. What a disappointing purchase.

Chaco shoes from the outlet are great bargains! So comfortable and durable! Love the arch support and overall comfort yet still very supportive. Outlet prices really work for me! No issues and these shoes last and last! Great for everyday and even hiking.

These are very very comfortable and I did not evem have to adjust the straps! Perfect and excellent price! I have had 6 pairs of Chaco shoes now and all have been amazing and last and last! I have had one pair 10 years!

I love the fact that the chacos are adjustable. I have wide feet and it is hard to get a good fitting shoe. These are great since there are multiple adjustments in the straps! I also am a fan of bright colors. This pair is bright and cheery and makes me smile.

These sandals take a little time to adjust and get on, but they are so comfy. I have high arches and they are very supportive. I have had other pairs and they last a long time. They are great for day hikes!

I absolutely love them and can't wait for the summer to break em in. Shipping was fast and the product was exactly as described. The shoe fits. Not to big not to small. Very comfortable. Although, I havent done a long hike yet. I have been waiting to get a good deal on a pair of chacos for some time now. Campsaver had the best deal on these colorado editions.

Not only do I love the print on the straps but I love the fit of the sole. I have pretty high arches and the sole makes them feels supported even on hikes with steep grades. I knew people raved about these sandals, but I had no idea I’d love them so much for outdoor hikes and water activities. So far I’ve used them while paddle boarding, canoeing, on on rock climbing hikes and have loved them. One thing that took some getting used to was the big toe loop. It was initially kind of difficult to fit and it seems to tighten slightly with prolonged use in the day. But now that I know how to adjust them better, I don’t have a problem fitting them. I would definitely recommend these sandals for all summer outdoor adventures.

I have worn Chacos for decades - on the river, for hikes, and they are my go to for wearing anytime anywhere during the summer. The arch support is perfect and I can always count on the fit being great.

Great pattern and style, but they were bigger than my last pair that were the same size. Maybe they have changed their sizing a bit since I last bought a pair. It was a great deal though and I will definitely try to order another pair once I figure out the right size!
