Most comfortable chair, also very easy to setup

by W Wong, from WA, United States Written on October 21, 2018
I have tried few and this one is the most comfortable because:
- Tall enought to "hug" your back, just like a racing seat
- Cushioned head rest (non-removable)
- Cushioned side (non-removable): when you rest your arm on the side for long, it won't give your arm any marks
- Adjustable height (with legs or retracted)

Few other advantages:
- Tiny holes on the bottom of the fabric: rainwater will be drained and no gathered
- The frame is very easy to setup with tension cord connecting all parts of the frame
- Come with only 3 parts: bag, frame, and fabric. So you will never lose anything in the field. And easy to pack (roll frame over fabric)
- Come with non-removable cup holder: although it made from fabric, it just works
- Bag with shoulder strap, easy to carry around
- Relatively small when packed, about 24 inches long

Overall, it has very thoughtful design. My only complaint is poor color choice.
Pros:
  • Comfortable
  • easy to setup
Cons:
  • Color choice
Best Used for:
  • Car Camping

Perfect lounge

by Jen, from SC, United States Written on August 14, 2018
I absolutely love this chair. It’s design is perfect and just the right comfort. When I sit down, I don’t want to get back up! I also love how it packs into a very small bag for transport. It took me a little time to set the legs the first time but I’m sure that will get faster the more I do it.

Great Product!

So far, I have only used the chair once for camping. I love all ENO products and this one meets expectations.
Pro:
Assembly is Straight Forward: The rods are on elastic bands, so they all fit together like "Tent Poles"
Sturdy: I believe the weight limit is 250lb and I am on the low side of 240lb and it held me up, no problem. I never felt like the chair was under too much stress or that it would fail
Comfortable: Its a nice lounger. Pretty easy to get in and out of and it has a swing feel too it. I am not sure if it was on purpose, to go along with their hammock roots, but when you sit in it, it has a suspended feel to it and you can semi rock back and forth.
Good Material: Like most of ENO's equipment, the chair canvas is made of pretty durable material. It was torrential rains when i used it and it wicked water pretty well and dried pretty quickly.

Con:
Take Down: This is definitely a chair you want to use and leave out for a bit. Since it packs down into a bag and all parts are elastically tied together, it takes a minute to pull everything apart and wrap up to get back into the bag. Since it is not a "fold up" chair, you are forced to take all the poles apart before packing or else you will be stuck solid frame of a chair. It is not ideal to pack in a hurry trying to get it in a car or SUV.
Cup Holder: It is pretty much a sack sewn to the side of one of the arms. It gets the job done for the most part, but definitely meant for cans, ...

Great if you want a headrest

by ShaJa, from CA, United States Written on September 21, 2017
I was looking for a chair that would rest my whole back and neck while exhibiting at art festivals. This one fits the bill. The only thing I wish for is the legs to be a little longer. At first I thought the tall setting was the short setting!
Pros:
  • Comfortable
Cons:
  • A little low
Best Used for:
  • Resting the whole back

eno DL Lounger

Awesome chairs!! My wife and I both got one, and we barely have a chance to sit in them because our friends are always in them! They basically put themselves together, and the fact that they pack up so nice is definitely a plus for outdoor events. Can't think of any other chair I would want. Buy one, and you won't regret it!

Great chair

Very comfortable and big enough for someone my size six foot two. Also packs down small enough to fit in a sea kayak hatch.
