Enertia Trail Foods Switchback Shells
Pasta reconstituted well, sauce is tangy rather than sweet. Parmesan cheese packet is a nice touch, but I'll pack some of my own next time.
Light weight and quick prep time are positives, only negative would be that this strikes me as a single portion, not two servings.

Tasty Alternative
I got a little tired of Mountain House and thought I'd try Enertia. The Switchback Spaghetti is very tasty and the minimalist packaging saves on space. My only complaint is that the meal is slightly low in calories. Adding a small can or pouch of chicken or tuna helps. I might also try adding a bit of olive oil next time. This does add 3 or 4 ounces to the meal, though.
