First achohol stove purchased. Works great. Titanium metal is thinner than expected, a bit fragil, but stove lights and works as expected. Overall am pleased.

Super light Evernew titanium stove set is a perfect match for backpacking! I carry mine in a small titanium pot with a titanium sport/knife. Add fire starter and fuel and entire cook set is under 14 oz.
Boils 16 oz of water in just minutes using 2 oz of Heet fuel. When I am not backpacking, I keep my Evernew set with my emergency kit....a must have when power is out due to a storm. Great investment...Campsaver makes it affordable!

This little setup is great for the minimalist. Everything nest nicely together, and can fit in a large camp cup. Uses exactly 2 oz of alcohol to boil 1 liter of water, which is the maximum it holds. May not be suitable for a group stove (i.e. more than 2 people), or multiday backpack trips due to the amount of fuel required (nearly went through 12 oz on a two night trip, and augmented with heating

This is a very neat, compact stove. It is versatile because it burns alcohol, solid fuel cubes, or tinder. Works well with the TI Stackable pot and TI mug.

This is an extremely well made titanium burner and windscreen. I've only used it with alcohol. I've not tried to use the windscreen alone with wood. My impression is that the windscreen is far too small to efficiently work with wood. I found it worked best for me without the flame diffuser on the top. Using the diffuser increased the rate of alcohol consumption per unit time without decreasing

It is kind of hard to set up the first time. Be sure to make test burn before trying in the field.... Packs well in titanium cup. This is a stove to kick back and enjoy , not a stove to watch the clock.

It's a great little alcohol stove, very easy to light and use. It's great that it comes with a windscreen and a stand, and even better that the entire thing packs down to a 3" x 3" cylinder (which fits perfectly in a Halulite Minimalist pot). It'll boil water in 6-7 minutes, and with a full load of alcohol could (I believe) boil a quart's worth of it.
This is a stove for those who don't want to c

Upon first encountering the Evernew DX alcohol burner and pot stand set, a couple of questions come to mind. What is it, exactly? How can it be worth that much money?
What is it?
Aesthetically, the alcohol burner pays homage to the classic Trangia. If you squint slightly and visualize tarnished brass, the windscreen evokes a Svea 123. Retro aspects aside, the finely wrought titanium is defin
