Everything a parka should be. It's incredibly warm. I wear it with 1-2 baselayers in subzero temps and it's toasty, even during low-exertion activities like ice fishing, wildlife surveys, or slow walks. To me it provides the perfect amount of coverage, coming down as it does to about mid-thigh. The fabric is substantial, holding up to abuse (like carrying in splintery firewood), yet it still looks sharp in town.
